I have very little experience with VirSyn Cube, maybe someone else can chime in!? So I'd say Harmor and Iris 2 if you need realism Alchemy if you want to go crazy with sound design. I feel like they all have their strengths, but Alchemy is still best jack of all trades in my arsenal. Harmor has slightly better resynthesis algorithms than Alchemy, at least to my ears.
